License activation for Cordova projects

I have the following question regarding licensing for Cordova projects.
I saw your article on license activation but it doesn't answer my questions.

1. For a cordova project that will be deployed on iOS and Android, how many licenses do I need to purchase?
2. If I need to purchase multiple licenses, will I use the same license key to activate both platforms? Or do I need to check which platform I'm running on and use platform specific license keys?
