Features' requests: Xamarin.forms and Cordova

SetReaderViewMode is working now, thanks!

Features we would appreciate:
- Enable / Disable bottom bar.
- Current page indicator (e.g. 1/3) is hidden by the top bar. Custom layout and color of the indicator.
- NavigationBar.TintColor doesn't effect the "Close" Button color. Also change text of this button.
- Change text of search alert when search is finished.
- Change background / tint color of all bars, including search bar.
- Title Label in top bar.
- arrangement of the function buttons (left / right)

Instead of alle these layout improvements, maybe the easier way is to provide a PDFView in addition to the PDFViewController. So we could use the app's navigation bar and an own search UI. Therefore methods for search (and other functions) needs to be accessible.

We;re evaluating how to introduce form's set/get values integrating it with Cordova and Xamarin.
I think we will be able to release a new version with many new features in two or three weeks.

The Xamarin release will be available within few days.

We have added some new set/get methods that helps iteracting with the SDK.
