PDF rendering in tiles was created by jsk

I'm testing PDFLayoutView to display a PDF file on Xamarin.Android and it is rendered in tiles.
Is it possible to change the rendering behavior so that the view is updated only after all tiles have been rendered to get a smoother view while zooming and moving the PDF?
