Android multiple applicationId

I have an android project with 2 product flavours:
- com.company.android
- com.company2.android

the package name in the manifest is the same as the applicationId for the product flavour 1 (com.company.android). I have a Radaee license for it, but now I want to buy another for my second product flavour (com.company2.android)

Can I do this? or will Radaee check the package name and my second license will not work because it doesn't match the package name?

I know this is a bit weird but when I created the app I didn't imagine that I'd have 2 product flavours.
