You can either use a file sharing service (Wetransfer... etc), or use our ticket system, and attach your file with the request.

We're not able to replicate this problem with our demo SDK, most probably it's related to your customizations .
We suggest to try avoid drawing border and pagenumber while it's scrolling, in order to improve performance.

We couldn't replicate that either using the demo project.
