Windows 10 - VS 2019 - Version 1.11.2 beta3 - NEW method PDFAnnot.flatFromPage() to flate single annotation. - NEW property PDFAnnot.StrokeDash - REMOVE method PDFAnnot.setStrokeDash() (substituted with the above property) Supports arm64.
