I am a colleague of Ben and looked into the Radaee library a bit. We have found there might be a mis-handling in the library which caused the loading in the example is so slow. We did some code change in PDFHttpStream.m, compiled the library and tested it and it seems okay now. Kindly asking if the same issue happened in the library we purchased, is there any convenience way to fix it? What kind of support Radaee can provide? Is there anyway we can look into the code and make changes like we did on the example? (Great if it can be something like a Github Pull Request).

Thanks for your promptly respond. Yes we have checked this page. However it is not the root cause.
If it is necessary I am willing to share more info on code level. In simple, the function which try to get the length of the file indeed requested the content of the file instead.
