It happens when the project includes This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and higher.
As reported in the readme.md file on github.com/RadaeePDF-Jugaad/RadaeePDF-Cordova:
"For cordova-android, latest supported version is 8.0.0, We support cordova-android@7 from version 7.1.4 onwards."

The support of cordova-android newer than 8.x is planned for the second half of september.
