Disable movement when max zoom level has reached

I'm noticing a very bad behavior in the Windows Universal (Phone) SDK.
When I zoom in the pdf view and hit max zoom level (but continues to zoom with the fingers) the view continues to move both horizontally and vertically. This cause very "jerky" behavior for the user in my opinion.

Any ideas on how to solve?

When talking about "page movement" are you meaning the page change when zoomed?

We're working on a standard way to block the page change when actual page is zoomed on all the supported platform.
