No, it seems that WINRT for pad(Surface pad） and PC.
WINRT version is developing runtime component for C# and VB.NET

other: we are planning for WP8.

I downloaded the win RT lib. I can see PDFCore.lib and PDFCored.lib in the "arm" folder. Does this not mean that arm support for wp8 platform is present ?
