App crashes on zoom in

It's a weird behavior.
I think it should be related to the pdf files you're opening.
May you provide such a file, please?

We had similar issue in our app, Is there any progress on it?

In the meanwhile: which version of our SDK are you using?
To better support old devices (with less memory) I suggest you to use the "tiled" version which is memory optimized.

We're using v 3.8.7.
For example when we're opening this pdf on iPad Mini 2, after zoom in it crashes.
I'm not sure I understand, what do you mean "tiled" version?

it clip a page to blockes, and only render blocks in screen.
so, it can support very large zoom level, with limit memories.
