Integration with .NET desktop appliactions

Hi,
I'm trying to use RadaeePDF in classic .NET desktop application (not UWP/Windows 8.1). I was planing to wrap RDPDFLIb as .NET Shared Library (.dll) to use it in C# .NET or C++ applications (through CLR Hosting mechanizm).
I have created simple use case where I have .NET console app with RDPDFLIb.winmd file as reference. My problem is, i'm getting 'System.TypeLoadException' every time program reaches code with references from RDPDFLIb like, for example, creating PDFDoc instance.
I tried to copy 'lib' folder into different locations like solution directory, projekt directory but that didn't help. Also i've checked that my CPU platform is the same for every project (x64)

Is that use case possible at all?
Can anybody help?

We support only Windows 8.1 (abandoned by windows now) and Windows 10.
So for a classic .NET desktop application (win32) it is not supported
