How to add files (Index files on button click

Hi reader,

I want to add index file on button click and open it into the webview of my own(in a popup)


I want to open the url in my own webview.

Also want to know what is attachment ?
What refer to attachment in your point of view ?

I am sending you the attachment in which I have added the link on the button and when you open it into the adobe in the desktop it works fine but when I am opening it into the reader it shows the play buttton . please tell me where I will add code to open my own webview popup for this file.
