Android PDF Viewer SDK 3.5 release date was created by joseNetdevices
Hello,
We test the 3.5 beta 6, and it fix some navigation problem we are struggling with :
- allow to scroll in a zoomed page until the edge before the page changes. In the previous versions the page changes whatever the state of the current page is, and the zoomed page is cropped.
There are still times that happens in the 3.5 beta 6, but it's a big improvement for us.
Do you have any estimated release date for the final version ?

Dear Jose,
it's not clear your need.
Are you working with PDFReader or RDPDFReader demo?
What rendering mode are you working with?
Next week we will release 3.4.1 with fixes and improvements on the core library.
If you've specific needs, please try explain better.

Thanks for you reply. To understand what I'm trying to achieve, you can take a look at my previous posts
www.radaeepdf.com/forum/Android-developm...ndant-page-rendering
With the Android PDF Viewer SDK 3.4 there was no rendering mode matching our needs.
Our client purchased a professional licence and from a support ticket (GGCF20150312-000113-SUP),we received and used the wrapper 3.4 beta 5.
As the wrapper source code is complex and specific, we didn't manage to master it and ask for help.
From my co-worker support ticket (RQAQ20150305-000147-SUP), we received a demo using Android Fragment and ViewPage to render page independently. But there was a blocking problem : when you zoom on a page and try to scroll into that zoomed page to see the content out of the screen area, the ViewPager just goes to the next page, and the current (zoomed) page content is cropped.
We assume it's because the view pager get all the swipe/scroll events, and we are trying to fix that.
In the Android PDF Viewer SDK 3.5 beta 6 sample, the problem I mentioned is almost fixed.
From what we understand from the sample code, changes have been made to the way the events are handled between the PDFPageViews and the ViewPager.
So I wanted to know when the Android PDF Viewer SDK 3.5 sable version will be released.
Hopping this explanation is better.

Was about a custom development.
Better to switch to trouble ticket area.
Open a new ticket and address it to sales area.
Specify old tickets.
My colleagues will move your request to development.

Ok thanks, I understand but you didn't tell me if you have any idea when the changes I experienced in the Android PDF Viewer SDK 3.5 beta 6 sample will be made available in a stable version ? This was my question at the beginning, and why I post in the section of the forum. Thanks.

The code we've sent you was a custom development and a proof of concept we wrote for you.
We decided to start moving it on actual public package.
We've not decided yet if we will release as a complete interface within next 3.5 release or later in 3.6.
If you check actual ViewPager in 3.5beta6 you will see that:
- view pager belongs from new RDPDFReader rendering engine that is still experimental
- view pager don't include interactive features like annotations, highlight.
The proof of concept we've sent you was developed upon the old and stable PDFReader rendering scheme.
As it's not yet a public take of code it's better to move to trouble ticket area.
