- CPU :Quad-core 1.2 GHz
- 1.5 GB RAM

Is it a Galaxy Tab 4 10.1?

Qualcom Snapdragon 400 is running the LG 8.3 Tab, it's from our device collection.
No issue on that device.
We will investigate on it.
