Questions about SaveAs function

RadaeePDF version .65.21
Test file: Test.pdf (38 MB)
Result: SaveAs-NG-Result.pdf (38.1 MB)

When we use doc.SaveAs to save the test file, we get wrong results. Please help us to fix this issue. Thanks. 
But our test file exceeds the maximum attachment file size, can we email it to you?
