SIGSEGV in librdpdf.so was created by noberasco

Hi everyone,

quite often, my application crashes when editing PDF forms with latest (beta) version of the library.
The crash apparently occurs when I attempt to set *for the first time* the value of a text field.
This does not always occur: sometimes it works, sometimes it crashes.

I managed to capture a stack trace of the crash (you will find it attached).

The SIGSEV seems to be fixed.
I still have some testing to do: I'll let you know if it resurfaces.
