Add annotate text to pdfview is not working

Hi,
I need to add text string to the pdflayout to a position (using rect).

I tried different ways to add string to the view but its not working. I can add images to a particular position using bitmap and positions (rect). The same way am trying to add the text string. Is there any option to resolve my issue?

I need the add text to pdf structure and you suggested one option, but which required the premium license. I don't have the premium license but I have professional license. How can i do the same with professional license.
