Create annotation programmatically

Hi, I was trying to use RadaeePDF for my Android projects, but because there is no guides or examples, it is not clear at all how to do some things.

Could you please help me to understand how I can create annotations programmatically? In my DB I have coordinates of dots on each PDF page. When user opens PDF, we should create annotations at a given coordinates (rectangle with a character inside - "A", "B", etc).
