How to disable view scrolling? was created by Semenovich

I want a possibility to disable a PDFView scrolling, but leave a possibility to zoom in(out) the view. Is it possible?

if you mean to stop the navigation when the pdf is zoommed, please check this : www.radaeepdf.com/support/knowledge-base...component&kbartid=15
