Implemented Radaee Free Android SDK

Main differences are:
- not licensed library can't be adopted in production, only during development (check EULA)
- not active license shows a watermark and EULA says you can't remove it
- not active license doesn't activate text extraction (it's the basis of text search, text under touch event, etc.)

Active features are, mainly:
- open and render files (including thumbnails)
