Hi,
thanks for the tip, I have added the parameters' explanation to the article.

With the old version there was a problem with owner password: the encrypted pdf opens only with the setted user password, but not with the owner password.
Now this problem is fixed with the new beta version and you can correctly open the pdf with the two passwords.
