Need to be able to get the page offset for Outline was created by ashughes

The title and destination page can be retrieved from an Outline, but not the page offset (the third parameter in Outline.AddChild() or Outline.AddNext()).

I'm trying to modify an existing PDF's outline, and I need to be able to get an Outline node's offset/"top" value.

Am I missing something, or can this be added?
