Sensitivity of swipe gesture

Hello,
is there any way how can I increase or decrease a sensitivity of swipe gesture for turning pages? I have a premium license.

make ivx and ivy bigger.

Does it work for Global.def_view = 3?
In my opinion, vOnFling is not called when def_view = 3. It is called when def_view = 0 and maybe for some other values (I do know not, I use only 3 and 0).

EDIT:

I need to decrease the sensivity of swipe gesture when Global.def_view = 3.
