But I need to use some methods which marked in comments "this method valid in professional or premium version":
GetAnnotFromPoint() - to find tapped annotation
GetDest() - to detect if it is a navigation link to go to destination page
GetURI() - to detect if it is web link to open a browser

This means not only view, you need to support annotations and this requires at least professional license..
