Hi,
I've done some tests with your PDF and the string that I copied with the multiplication operator (x) is correctly shown in label without Christmas Tree emoji.
You didn't send us the same PDF that is displayed in your screenshots. Could you send us the same file please?

Hi,

we checked your pdf file and it seems that "x" symbol is not a unicode character, for that reason it's not copy/pasted correctly using standard fonts.
We checked also with Adobe reader (iOS and Mac) and the behaviour is similar: on iOS the character is ignored, and on Mac the result is "Sales ??14".
