is there any way to manage the size of the picture with gestures ?

hi , this works thanks a lot , but i need to add the picture with a preview ... like when you add a stamp on android .... or when you add a circle, i need the preview of the picture constant while you are touching the screen and then when you realease your finger it will stamp ... how can i do it ?

This method first add the image as UIImageView then, when you release your finger, add the image as annotation.
