Sorry about the late reply, but we were wrong about the fix the problem still exists... that's because it depends on the Windows APIs used and depends also on the devices.

Our developers are working on a solution, we will get back to you.

You are right. The issue is on MS api that get strokes: on such a big canvas that's api performance is really poor.
