I want to buy PDF library for export / import PDF documents.

Is there any documentation available for WP 8.1/ WinRT SDK? Specially first examples are very helpfull.

what mean of export/import document?
is it means SkyDrive?

about document: there are guide.
and API Reference mostly like android java-doc.

About Export/Import:

Export: I want to create PDF document based on my data in application
Import: I want to import pdf files (e.g: DropBox, GoogleDrive etc..) as an images into my app.

Is there any difference in feature list between androind and wp8.1 SDK?

you shall got API by yourself from DropBox, GoogleDrive etc.
here just supply PDF SDK to creating/editing/parsering/rendering PDF document.
SDK for WP8 are compatible with WP8.1 see our APP on Windows Phone Store.
SDK for WIN8 are compatible with WIN8.1

Yes, i know that file storage is not part of the SDK.

I will use SDK for creating/editing/parsering/rendering PDF document. I just wan't to be sure that features that are available for Android are also available for WP8.1

PDF features are same as Android.
but there are much different from Android and WP8:
Android can edit any PDF file on sdcard.
and WP8.1 can edit only on APP sandbox.
