We've just published the B4A integration library that will enable you to use our PDFViewer SDK in your own applications.
The library is available with full sources here github.com/gearit/RadaeePDF-B4A.

It's licensed as Apache2.

Actually the B4A library is distributed as is without any direct support from our Support Team.
We will support only the classes belonging from our Android Eclipse and Android Studio interfaces.
