I am currently evaluating whether RadaeePDF would be suitable for us. I was able to find an answer to all of my questions except one:

Is there documentation of all the PDF formats that your library supports?

Actual library support PDF1.3 lvl3.
Right now we're testing lvl8 encryption scheme.
The library, as the pdf standard, is backward compatible with PDF1.6, and lower.

Actually the library:
- doesn't support XFA
- partially supports JS
