Unable to activate license

Hi,

we bought professional license for WinRT. I followed your guide how to activate it. However, the watermark is still present after providing the license info.

Can you assist me with this problem? I would send you details about the license and app details, but I don't want to post it to forum and I can't find your email address.

package name is case sensitive, check it?

it is needed:
1. package name obtained by program.
2. active codes.
