Our company is using your PDFViewer in our Android app.
This app source code was transfered to our company from another company and already has a PDFViewer license.
Right now, after some modifications, we need to publish that app again. There are some requirements from our clients:
- The new app will need a BRAND NEW PDFViewer license to avoid any licensing infringement.
- The old app with its current PDFViewer license must run perfectly as normal.
We already purchased a new license from you. We tried to get it with the current (old) package name. But your website just directed us to the page "Error: duplicate key request".
Could you advise us on that? We're in a strict timeline and the date of launching the new app is extremely near. Please reply us as soon as you can.
