i can't reproduce the 1st point issue about text note annotation. i believe you have not updated native library yet.
the 2nd point about ink annotation import is fixed right now, we will upload in later working days.

at last, ImportAnnot() is not recommended for undo/redo operation, because, some annotation did not support PDFAnnot.Export().

I believe i have updated library because original issue is not reproducing now. I will check our code working with notes.

We use Export/ImportAnnot only for Ink, Sel and Note annotations.

OK, i saw some new codes as old codes yesterday.
so, the next ios version shall fix your issue.
