Hi,

we opened your pdf file with demo project, and it is seems ok.
You can check this video to see the loading time: own.mobiles.it/index.php/s/LBAawKyMxz5gWvs

Which method are you using to open the pdf file? Is it in a device folder?
Which model are you using for development? (iPad, iPad Air, iPad Air2, iPhone 5, iPhone 6...)

Hi,

if you are opening your pdf using a web url, you should take a look at this Knowledge Base Article that will help you with the server configuration: www.radaeepdf.com/support/knowledge-base?view=kb&kbartid=18
You should also check if your pdf file is optimized for web.

Hi,

we checked your pdf file and it seems that it's not optimized for web.
You can check it opening your file with Adobe reader (on your PC/Mac) then click "File" and select "Properties", at the bottom you can see if "Fast Web View" is "Yes" or "No". If it's "No", your pdf file needs to be optimized.
