Unable to apply annotation

I am not able to apply annotations(highlight) while using the PDFStream. It is working when the doc is opened from filepath but the highlight does not get added when loading the same pdf through PDF stream.

I am using Document_openStream to open the doc.
Page_addAnnotMarkup2 keeps on returning nil when trying to apply the highlight.

Even we are facing similar issue, wherein if a a document is opened using stream - annotation markups are not applied on it.

Was able to resolve the issue. Was making a small mistake due to which the annotation call was not able to write to the stream.
