How to set the position of PDFViewThumb was created by Joyce

Hi Radaee,
with reference to the post in Android Development:
How to set the position of PDFViewThumb (Android)
Are the logics of doing that much similar? (i.e. doing the same thing mentioned (in the same class if the class name are identical in both platform)
Do I also need the professional or premium license in order to achieve that?
