Have you already tested your PDF in demo project? (without customizations)

Would you upload the pdf document in video? And you can try this file in pdfview demo .

after many search i hope after remove note or add note it's couse!
but i dont know why!
we change method for add note we have a button & user must touch a point on the page & we show a view & save it!
it's work fine & havnt any problem !
but we test after add or remove only Note reader goto buggy mode! [you seen in the movie]!
can you guess why this bug happend ?

only we have set a BOOL [wantAddNote = True ] when press note button on our toolbar
then going to note mode & waiting for touch a point then show a view controller for add note after save note added to touched place & set wantAddNote = False (not conflict with zoom! )
