signature appearing at wrong place

In the following pdf, after signing in the signature field and saving the pdf, it is appearing at wrong place next time. Please suggest how can we fix it.

The signature field is just a red box drawn, and the signature is drawn on it.

May you provide the code you are adopting to get signature and fix it on the page?

I am not getting the signature anywhere. It is just signed and stored in pdf
