We suspect it's a font (annotation font) related issue, but we are still investigating.
We will verify and get back to you, we expect to reach a solution by the next week.

As a feedback, we confirm that this is an annotation font issue (related to the form file in specific devices)

we are working on a patch of fontlib.
Normally it is faster, but since the problem is not systematic but only of certain services is more difficult to solve.
