Are you meaning open an unencrypted file and save it as encrypted?
That feature isn't available yet,

Otherwise, if you're looking for open an encrypted file, annotate it, re-save as encrypted again, yes... that's the out of the box feature.

May you confirm if you're looking for the first or second behavior?

Thanks for the reply. I would like to open an unencrypted file and save it as encrypted.

The team will include a new method to re-save the document as encrypted.
Note: you would activate a Premium license.
