Reordering and copying pages

I have been testing Import document functionality, and it is not working on all documents. I exported pdf from OpenOffice and tried to import it to another document, but it only adds empty pages. I also tried moving pages and have the same problem as before. I am using version 2.9.4beta4. Do you have any information about this functionality and when it will be ready?
