Hi there! we use RadaeePDF Master for Android 1.2.28 and faced an issue when there is Incorrect encoding of Cyrillic symbols in some pdf

Steps:

1. open test file drive.google.com/file/d/13nGmMdVNnw0qkYr.../view?usp=drive_link
2. look at the table of content

A screenshot is attached (actual result vs expected one)
 

Dear user, it seems that the pdf file you did upload is not the same of your screenshot.
