Licensing issue with multiple user accounts

We just confirmed today that when a device that has multiple user accounts (only currently possible on Jellybean/4.2) uses the PDF library for PDF page rendering, the licensing doesn't seem work for users that are not the device owner. The "Radaee PDF Reader OCX" watermark appears on the PDF pages for these users.

I have confirmed that this issue is also present in the PDF reader on Google Play.

I tried the temporary version and the watermark is still present for user accounts that are not the device owner. Just to clarify, I am just running the project directly to make sure that the issue has nothing to do with how I use the library in my project. Let me know if you need more information.

We are doing checks on a nexus7.
