Markup Annotation is not working for a specific PDF document on Windows 10

Dear Support,
I have tried to perform markup of a PDF document but markup is highlighting random area.
Please follow the below steps to reproduce the issue:-
1. Launch the RadaeePDF windows 10 sample.
2. Download the TestPDF and select this PDF file in the application for performing the annotation.
3. Once Markup annotation was selected to highlight the selected text. you can observe the issue as screenshot is also attached.

Note: This is not happening with other PDF file.
