can you please tell me why searching is not working when 1 page PDF is there.

when i used the 1 page PDF the search is not working.
so, can you please tell me why it is happed?

but for a new version i have to purchase it to solve this issue. and i already purchase the previous version so why should i again purchase the new version can you help me out please. it is a very serious issue.
