I'm sorry, I forgot to write the only change I've made to the code.

On Global.java at line 388
I've changed
def_view = 0;
into
def_view = 3;
to have a single page viewer.

Could you confirm that with this change the sample code doesn't crash?

Have you planned a date for the new version?
If you will solve it, could you please call the bug "Rino bug"?
This is the tipical bug I sometimes found in other sdk (something like do a operation a lot of time or do something unusual). We call it "Rino bug"!
You can simply write in the change log something like: ...solved "Rino bug: etc....."
