Could RadaeSDK help to improve my application?

Hello,
I'm currently working on an application, where i need to annotate (draw lines and text), add text(write text insertable in the document), make digital signature which i can insert in pdf files. I'm choosing between some idk in order to do that, could RadaeSDK can help me?
If yes where should i start in order to learn how to use it? following my demands, which pricing is the best for me?
