Sorry to ask, is there a solution in RadaeePDF SDK for Android for this case?
Steps:

1. Open Reader
2. Select a text area, it can be several sentences or paragraphs
3. Release
4. Select the text area to continue the previous text selection

Found: unable to continue the previous text selection
Expected result: can continue the previous text
