Android application crashes when scrolling PDF

Hello there! 

We've noticed that there is a problem with RadaeePDF Master for Android 1.2.28. We integrated SDK in our app and it seems that after updating to RadaeePDF Master it started crashing quite often.

Steps:
1. Open PDF document (example attached)
2. Scroll up and down for 15-20 seconds
Result: Application crashes (screenshot and logs are attached)

We couldn't reproduce this behaviour with Radaee sample, but our log tells that the problem in Radaee part.

Could you help us to find out what could be a possible reason and how to fix this?

We have done some tests on all of your reported issues but we cannot reproduce the issues on our latest released master SDK, we will continue to investigate on it.
Could you provide us with some more informations?
Which arch is your computer based on?
Which arch is your simulated device?
Which version of android studio are you using?

1. Rendering issues

We have tested on physical device with ABI = armeabi-v7a (32-bit ARM CPUs) with Radaee PDF Master version 1.6.11

Issue with rendering is only reproduced with x32 version of app and not reproduced with x64 version of appWe can’t build emulator with armeabi-v7a architecture at the moment but it must be possible to reproduce issue there with installed Radaee PDF Master from PlayMarket.
Assuming as developers of Radaee you must have an option of installing x32 apk on any device (32 or 64) so that you can reproduce issue on your test emulators/physical devices.

Please see attached archive with screenshot of used version of Radaee PDF Master and video of rendering issues on armeabi-v7a device.

2. Crash issueIssue is reproduced in our app with fast scrolling between pages in PDF and can’t be reproduced in Radaee Sample, however assuming from crash log Issue is somewhere in radaee lib.


If it is not possible to debug issue from this crash log please advise what info we can gather from our side to help investigate issue further

Brand name, cpu type, android version, please?

Arm32 devices we test with:
1. TECNO SPARK 7 KF6M Android 11 - CPU - Helio A25
2. Samsung A013F - Android 10 - CPU - Chipset Mediatek MT6739 (28 nm) / CPU Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53
3. ZTE Blade A31 - Android 11 - Chipset Unisoc SC9863A (28nm) / CPU Octa-core (4x1.6 GHz Cortex-A55 & 4x1.2 GHz Cortex-A55)

Some of rendering issue were resolved in Android Master SDK 1.2.29.
Crash issue remains.

Hello guys,

I would like to highlight that this issue is the main one right now with Radaee SDK.
We are considering to revert to previous version, since our crashlytics hits new records every day as users update to a new version of our app (which has Radaee Master SDK under the hood).

Can we have a call since situation gets worse? (note that only 25% of users agreed on providing crashlytics to us, so you can multiple the numbers by 4 at least)
